Everyone on the team are TESDA certified from the first class of Events Management Services NCIII. Amayor Events has also 4-6 coordinators available as an out-source for on-call team assignments as needed.
 
 
aaliyahMs. Aaliyah Montemayor
HEAD/CREATIVE DIRECTOR
 
After spending several years in the event industry throughout college, Aaliyah realised her natural talent, socials skills and the desire for planning events. Ms. Aaliyah is the one responsible for coordinating events, planning menus, concepts, themes and formats of the events. She creates the event flow, the program and implements party plans. She also provides network of suppliers with the best rates and ensures that the clients get qualified services for their entertainment needs. She provides the booking for musicians or artist, putting up decorations, ordering flowers, monitoring deliveries, hiring bartenders, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. She provides supplies for the events such as radios, providing outfits for the coordinators, operational costs, etc. Ms. Aaliyah has two assistants who have worked together with her for years. She met both Ms. Lovely and Ms. Mawie in an event as coordinators and training at TESDA. They have worked together on numerous projects as well as in the entertainment industry, as singer, models, and actresses. Her experiences have only made her want to pursue the very best for her clients and will make certain that every detail of the event is executed with the utmost professionalism, practicality and passion. She truly understands the foundations & theories in her field of work. Her organisational skills, natural leadership qualities and creative influences are the hallmarks of AMAYOR EVENTS.
 
 
mawieMs. Mawie Cabral
PROGRAM/TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
 
As part of the events coordination team, Ms. Mawie is in control and responsible for resolving any technical and other operational task. She cues the lights and sound system, projector and runs errands for the team. She is a whizz at formulating, preparing and implementation of the risk management plan. This is related to difficulties with infrastructure management, like sudden shortage of workers, materials, or power failure, etc. She coordinates the maintenance and repair programs to ensure the proper and safe operation of the transportation, machinery and other equipments for the day to day running of the programs. This includes overseeing all aspects of program implementation and delivery to ensure the highest standards in are maintained. She also assists the creative director on the program sequence and signal participants, speech givers, performers, and musicians. Ms. Mawie has been performing as a singer professionally, accompanying herself with a slide guitar. Her music background has helped her to develop a broad technical knowledge in entertainment and the procurement of production equipment and performers, artists and musicians in the local scene. Ms. Aaliyah, a singer as well, met Ms. Mawie during a recording session.
 
 
lovelyMs. Lovely Cruz
PROMOTIONS/SUPPLIER COORDINATOR
 
Ms. Lovely has been able to pursue her dream of becoming a model and endorsing skin care products such as NUSkin, Skin White and Myra E, giving her television advertisements exposure. It has kept her ever-watchful eye on the marketing aspects of event management and coordination. She has helped the event professionals and clients by her extensive wide network gained through her experiences. She ensures that business operations are efficient and effective. Ms. Aaliyah invited her to work together and manages all type of events with as few as 30-50 guests, all the way up to a vast guest list of over 1000 plus. Some information acquired through different sources from leading advertising agencies where she was responsible for collaborations and promotions to strengthen brands, enhance fan loyalty, and increase new opportunities and other sponsorships. She also provides valuable advice to our clients needs and interacts routinely with planning & allocations. Ms. Lovely holds the responsibility for the day-to-day functions and up-to-date documentation of the events. She performs a host of duties which includes helping to plan the programs and menus and liaising with contractors such as florist and external caterers and the like.
